Yes, all of our leather sofas are handcrafted in our UK workshop and we source all of our hides from UK suppliers.
How long does delivery take?
As all of our sofas are handmade, our standard delivery time is between 4 to 6 weeks. This may increase during holiday peak season or prior to Christmas because of high demand. If you require a faster delivery timeframe then please contact us and we will certainly try and accommodate you if possible. We are also happy to delay deliveries if required.
How much is delivery?
Delivery on all our sofas to mainland UK is completely FREE OF CHARGE. We do have a surcharge for parts of the UK. For more information please see our delivery page.
Do I need to be at home to sign for delivery?
Ideally yes, as you need to fully inspect the sofa and report of any damages prior to signing off the delivery. We really don't like leaving brand new furniture outdoors or in sheds/garages unattended. We do understand that with busy lives it's sometimes difficult to be home for delivery. Therefore as long as we have your written authority to do so (via email) and you accept full liability for any consequential loss or damage then we will leave your new sofa with a neighbour, in a shed or garage.
Do you deliver on the weekend?
Yes, we can arrange a weekend delivery at additional cost. Please contact us for a quote if you wish to have a weekend delivery.
Do you deliver abroad?
For deliveries to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands; we will need to get a quote for you. For worldwide delivery please contact us for further information.
I have a damaged sofa what do I do?
Don't panic! Damages often occur from time to time. Please get photos of the damage and email us immediately. We can then advise the best course of action. In most cases 'light' damages to the leather can be fixed without having to replace the whole sofa.

Do I have to put down a deposit?
No, you do not have to put down a deposit if you don't wish. If you wish to put down a deposit to help spread the cost of finance then it will reduce your monthly repayments.
How does finance work?
Our finance is offered by v12 finance. We offer 12 month and 24 month 0% Interest free credit as well as a 36 month classic credit. You can work you’re your monthly payments using our simple finance calculator. For more information finance.

Do you have discount sofas for quick delivery?
Yes, we do have a range of discounted in stock in our clearance section here. These models are ex display and can be delivered within 7 working days. Please contact us to see what we have in stock.
Do you offer guarantees?
Yes, all of our sofas are guaranteed for 1 year on all our solid hardwood frames, rips and tears. Please note that our warranty does not cover accidental spills.
Can I request a leather sample swatch before I buy?
Yes, we offer up to 3 leather swatch samples per customer. These samples are completely free of charge.
Will you take away my old sofa?
Please let us know if you would like us to remove your old sofa when your new sofa arrives. In some circumstances we can offer this service for an additional fee. Please contact us if you would like a quote for this.
What happens if my furniture doesn't fit in my home?
Please triple check all your measurements to ensure that the sofa you choose will actually fit into your home before you purchase. Our delivery drivers are trained and will do their best to navigate the sofa into your home but we cannot be held responsible for goods which are too big to fit. To avoid embarrassment and expense of such a disaster, please follow our simple guide.
