Delivery of our sofas is completely Free of Charge to Mainland UK only.
Please contact us for a quote prior to placing an order if you are outside Mainland UK.
You will automatically receive confirmation of your order via email. This confirmation contains all of your order details. Please note that during the order process you will be asked to fill in a short questionnaire regarding the delivery requirements. We will then call you within 5 working days to confirm your order and your delivery requirements to ensure a hassle free delivery.
Your order will then be sent to our manufacturing workshop. All of our sofas are all handcrafted in the UK by skilled workman therefore the average timescale to manufacture your new sofa is between 4-6 weeks. Please refer to each product page delivery time for more accurate timescales.
Once your sofa has been completed we will contact you via phone or email and arrange a suitable delivery date.
Our deliveries are made by an independent 2 man courier, and arranged on specified days between Monday and Friday according to postcode areas.
When the courier has loaded your new furniture they will give you a 2 hour time slot on the day of delivery.
Our 2 man delivery service will deliver and position your new furniture, remove and take away all packaging leaving you free to enjoy your new sofa.
Finally, please check your furniture and sign the delivery note.
Please let us know if you would like us to remove your old sofa when your new sofa arrives. In some circumstances we can offer this service for an additional fee. Please contact us if you would like a quote for this.
If you are unable to accept delivery on the available delivery slots given by the courier, your furniture will be held for one week free of charge. Beyond one week, customers will then be subject to storage costs.
Any damage done to your property by delivery men must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage reported after this period.
We will notify you if there are any delays with your new furniture. If delivery is delayed or forecast to be delayed for a prolonged period, we will offer the option of re-selection to an alternative product or a full refund.
We do allow delivery to a secondary address, however we may ask for further information from you. Where a finance agreement is in place for full or part payment of the order, identification and electronic signature must be supplied prior to the order being processed. We are unable to deliver to an address other than that of the card holders billing address unless further information is supplied to us. In this case you will need to supply the relevant information requested by our finance company v12 finance to enable us to process your order.
AB, PA, IV and KW postcodes there will be a small additional charge which will be advised prior to order confirmation.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands we will need to get a quote for you. For worldwide delivery please contact us for further information.
